Data we process
- Order data: name, address, e-mail, phone, ordered products, payment status
- Customer account data: login e-mail, password (stored only as a secure hash), addresses, wishlist
- Contact form and newsletter data
- Technical data: IP address in security logs, anonymous page statistics (only with your consent)
- Country detection: your IP address is compared locally with a country database to preselect your delivery country. The IP address is not stored for this and not shared; you can change the country at any time.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.). Card details are entered directly with the provider and never stored on our servers.
Retention
Order and accounting data are retained for the statutory period of 10 years. Account data are deleted on request unless legal retention duties apply.
