01 How long does shipping take?
Within Switzerland most orders arrive within 1–4 business days depending on the shipping method. You see all options and delivery times at checkout.
02 How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we send you an e-mail with the tracking number. You can also find it in your account under Orders.
Payment
01 Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, TWINT, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
Returns
01 Can I return an item?
Yes. Unworn items in original condition can be returned within 30 days. See our Return Policy for details.

01 Will a sold-out product come back?
Often, yes. Use the "Notify me" button on the product page and we e-mail you as soon as it is back in stock.
